You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. ; I* s X/ G4 W: v& ^& f
4 K1 E9 ^0 n8 Y9 NBut even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
