Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

5 S% Q! [( A9 j1. Transmission flush 219.95
% k2 _: J  \3 B) L6 @2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
$ h5 [. p+ s* l' C3 a4 C4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
+ Z% U2 A4 p' H9 x6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
5 P  f# j7 L5 p, [: k
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。

/ Y, j- u- I  R" d7 \至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

1 Z  u3 D& H' w; ]6 b) |4 Y我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
