Position Abstract: The Regional Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for effectively leading and delivering the AUMA's Municipal Sustainability Planning (MSP) Initiative, Phase 4.
/ w6 I# L) x, ]& J4 S. B1 S/ x& b8 r2 j9 k( |" Z" H& x; n1 b7 ^
The successful candidate will be self-directed and able to work within a collaborative team process, to plan/coordinate the development/delivery of learning resources/events at the local community level within the GAER region.

& M5 }8 m' x9 ?+ zKnowledge, Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in social sciences, administration or arts with relevant work experience is considered an asset.. j; I# `& d6 x! }0 q Y9 p

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in the following areas: community development/community leadership capacity building; development of partnerships between yourself and the local stakeholders; project coordination; knowledge of municipal planning; superior written/oral communication skills; report-writing and evaluation; working with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds; communications planning and implementation. 0 L2 [: U' F0 w# \/ P- T
