Ratio: 36% (40%, 38%, 57%)
# Price changes: 376 (375, 471, 326)
9 j) W5 k0 f. a# Expired Listings: 578 (279, 166, 223)
# Canceled/withdrawn/terminated listings: 47 (33, 47, 38)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -350 (-88, 77, -105)
/ d5 G; s' }4 F% e. e4 PActive listings for single family homes: 3228 (3362, 3436, 3390)
3 b2 M6 `: x+ C- WActive listings for condos: 2221 (2285, 2299, 2251)

房子根本就没有人买，除非卖家比别人低一截，然后就逐步降，但是还是没有人买
