最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体4 o3 |* M9 e5 _0 X7 {
育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了5 R' B9 W" X8 _ z
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。

. Y$ `4 S6 V$ W: G! o我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，

协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路$ J1 k% e0 \2 A3 M) F
线(离体育馆最近的东门或北门)。休息期间绝对不要在校内到处闲逛。还有一点很! O2 g8 f; }- r: ~
重要：我们活动的所有人员对任何不遵守活动的行为都有权劝说，警告和制止。因

Thanks for the phone call back. I need to point out a couple of things:

1. Several members of your group are refusing to leave at the end of the

hassled on many occasions and the group insists they are booked until 10:30

the custodian to call the police and have your group members removed from+ A! G' \2 R7 ~5 i
the premises. If I have to do this, the department will be cancelling your

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members
! J0 j" Q) d6 @have been very disrespectful to our custodial staff (foul language, gestures,
# o" P% S9 p2 d1 ^etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure
6 ^5 |) Y( D& C3 }3 t, n2 R4 zthis does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind4 S; Z7 H! h( D& C* \" j
of treatment from a group using premises free of charge.4 T$ {& b0 ]" U* [7 N+ Z
3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are
" \( A' ]# Z6 wNOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas
# A$ v0 }0 H3 o% J/ s; ethat are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every5 |1 H9 c: V v6 v. i
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the
4 Y/ i6 S4 V$ \( dwork load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening( R2 X- b! V: p" _0 `8 y$ f
in the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in7 x- x& S' c6 T: a
