Definition of Restricted Dog# _# w" ]# i3 f5 t; ]5 [
The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
+ K9 `0 [# l2 h$ J4 H+ D" g4 S7 r9 b
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw 5 e2 ?% X' Q6 Q7 N) R( F
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw 8 |3 K6 H/ x8 I, Y/ |, v
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
8 B) R* R( T- p" ?: X8 ^Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
