& m) D1 F; l" D- ]The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

: j1 P: m* [! T/ N4 lThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw % q+ N* e8 O& i6 f. V
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
4 n1 o+ g5 f* c- tThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act ; G9 x6 d' _( i# }1 l3 m$ l
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club , {) ?% e1 s8 j) Y
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
