不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

警察局只管备案，然后给双方一个修理车身都单子，其他他们就不怎么管了。

8 J5 l( X% c1 C- \. z- E3 y2有可能，前几天有个帖子的人自己违规u turn，然后撞了，去警察做报告的时候，给了他一张罚单。
3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

写报告的时候肯定说我是责任方，和违规方。所以要看那时候警察心情好不好了。。。

听对方的语气好像是说我不需要和她一起去。。。

8 ^# P) T! R0 k$ p0 ~6 L你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。

if the police start writing you a ticket,
try to sweet talk the police officer, be very polite.

also tell the officer that you are paying the damage out from

then it will causes me more $$$.

but of course you are still innocent until you pay the ticket.

you can go the nearest police station to your home.

to, then you go to the same one. that will make the police work
