请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

) j: e9 W" t- F1 }& }前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：
& x+ ?! n6 l& l% M  D3 I) x2 ~
0 @" {4 e/ `$ u; |1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

2 P  u$ f0 J5 s( G* h- a$ @7 b3 u3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5

once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
