请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

' r$ ~6 f  i4 K2 ?* i( [, r前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

! z4 O/ H1 x8 l9 c请教：

1 e. T$ l6 k* _# N9 k) F" [1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？
) p1 ~8 h9 U  R0 {. S
; t; N- x$ J+ w. \; L0 J2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

) F! U  t+ m8 R1 ^3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

请问楼上的， 分数要是被扣，那个分是保留1年还是2年？

however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
