Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.
6 P1 G+ P- G  \3 O, I
% P5 R- H: ?, W+ C& u. yThe price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.
! A! U2 c( M- A: a- D6 x( o
I won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

如果我没有记错的话,去年10月开始Bedrock在Riverside的那间spechome就是399,900,背靠Terwillegar Drive.

5 d1 [' S" N2 D  X, ?1 D现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
