1.hog casings uausally packed in salt,so some salt will be left on the outside if you did not soak them in water before packing. ( z' h1 c' \- j3 s4 f+ R+ Z
2. air should be squeezed or rubbed out throught the tiny holes, otherwise sausages will not dried out easily. 難怪這麽臭了。吐,吐,吐。

& g5 y. m% g) z1 c服了你乐,你咋啥都明白呢。我这个人太不细致了,做啥都大概齐,觉得差不多就行了,差一点儿就差多了。不过casing我倒是泡了好长时间,也洗了若干遍。
