How to avoid too much chips left in panel box after your drill a hole ?$ n. w1 @; q) i) _) k& K, c

1. If you are going to drill a hole on top of a box, use some paper to cover the bottom of the box so that you can easily remove the paper with chips in it;
# C' P+ K" h6 A8 { x9 o8 d2. Make sure you cover all equipments (breakers, contacts, relays, fuses, Etc)in the box before you drill holes;0 a& T8 _# n6 L! u* |
3. Use a paint brush to collect all debris (one of the best tools that is always in my tool box), and clean it up before your get all connectors in;
, F1 F/ ~1 w3 p; H/ t4. Use your level's magnetic side to collect all steel chips;; f2 h) `: E8 }! U: d
5. Use duct tape to get rid of all small chips;8 A( _2 Q/ g5 R4 W5 F0 f9 V
6. Use a vacuum if you just have it beside you(a bit too luxury, but why not!).
