7 M/ o8 z" U- e: [: _$ G8 J' c8 hPosition: Community Rehabilitation Outreach Coordinator / Wage: $19.20 -24.08 Hr. 35 hours week / Terms: Permanent Full Time / Closing Date: Position remains open until suitable candidate is found.

+ E( d3 N- \& o4 L) I8 I5 |Abstract: the position provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counseling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe and persistent mental illness.

Required: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required.
