& o$ K! w0 v5 l3 ]8 q2 |% t1 b2 F  D9 A6 v
" R6 B! H9 `4 f2 o3 sWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
  g) A0 [/ L% q# LSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
" N) [+ x9 x3 J1 j  B) v, O- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
6 |) _0 z# |7 I/ `8 d. F: s- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
; {8 q$ q1 Z# S: f- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- |) }1 Q4 H6 W8 ]: d- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
. U2 p1 q" x& T. I( `, r3 |3 m- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- \! K( z. e6 q: }- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
5 A6 T+ t' L! O2 N4 S- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
