Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
2 @4 ^3 Q& o1 _Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
* h, @" A# X4 q5 @- Good time management and organizational skills required;
! C  Q8 l5 \) ]; Y6 P( q5 P- Post-secondary education preferred;
* `& k# w# _, b- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
7 Q7 q. q2 n9 `7 z5 O3 O' @4 o- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
/ o9 D; r$ @6 v/ ?; P( N5 f- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
