- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program
$ W/ }0 `) A+ z+ C (ages 6 to 15)
7 j h5 S$ t: N9 k1 m+ k- Recruit children for summer programs
3 E7 R9 d) y1 z+ m+ g' P" V- Recruit volunteers for summer programs0 H% k' o1 Q( i3 @0 J; H& a
- Record keeping3 \1 ]! {8 o/ w$ B) \& c
- Provide orientation for parents
4 o7 Y' n }: k$ Q2 X& ^- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency* |2 n; m& | n2 T8 _
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager

/ ~% N! T, J/ G8 B% {- S0 L- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education6 q: {$ @# [1 ]7 N% P
- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
: t, i6 n: d u- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills) g* N! f2 x# }4 B
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities) I& I0 p& L# v3 M% R, ?6 M; d- t
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese$ U% w+ H; d7 c& ~& `/ {2 J$ K
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities- v! i8 Q" `& m: m+ R/ Q, N
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)' T" T4 \9 U/ g4 G) E# Q+ J
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009) N2 H6 H7 J, Z. P! ]* d
