- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program # h0 @1 F" S. d
(ages 6 to 15)

- Recruit volunteers for summer programs1 G k3 b3 [' K) y$ e" ]% {
- Record keeping

- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency$ i! f6 b) J$ `/ ?! l
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager( S% A; B- w) y' u

Qualifications:4 A4 `8 k; I" q s* b
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education% u# b; D3 L* t& a
- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
4 R7 s+ ~! M) n4 G" h- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills+ w' ~( ]" ?; }5 X: W% R. K
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities; T; w6 f {. G( J9 O j
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
3 R* _$ o9 d Z$ w7 O0 G/ N$ n- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
, E# a9 @+ u! u, _- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning) 5 ]) K4 ^0 o7 O+ p- Q; h% ]
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)0 G4 [7 F! ~" t3 Q# i
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
