- Recruit children for summer programs; x$ C% }' P1 b3 I' i$ G3 d
- Recruit volunteers for summer programs
. D3 r8 V) @3 P( D% Y5 A$ P- Record keeping% l8 U/ N- J+ B% q! ?+ ~1 h2 r
- Provide orientation for parents
; J3 z1 T' c$ z4 w- H- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency( m( T2 A8 x" y3 i
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager

2 Q5 ]. x& k8 r$ d. PQualifications:
2 A! ?3 `. X5 [- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
+ l; m6 D7 a; k% _, v/ @: r- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
& ~2 f9 J" S4 d* d4 P+ U- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills/ z! { V$ k. x; E8 O0 C
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities" |( o) ^0 y: r D9 s/ g" p, R
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
{+ n9 t) h9 L I- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
8 ~, h6 t0 f8 p$ j- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

d, c% C& d2 E. B1 z; y7 g- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning)

- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
