9 V: b: v# l6 y1 f. J+ \-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
        preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
3 S; y* _; h* u: m( ^; S. W-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
3 P! W$ M7 x0 N2 @/ L-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
# F  Y$ @; B4 f; R3 Q, w        Coordinator
3 o/ ]- w7 |/ P- ^' I+ ?* K-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

Qualifications:
8 T6 f7 W) @2 q3 q6 P8 m  D4 d-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
7 \, L3 X: y0 M( C- c9 W7 [* }2 A- i-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
4 E7 _% O* q6 A8 }3 B9 _-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
3 c6 W8 @( Y/ L+ r; M-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
8 J3 J9 H  w) h( X" G-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
" ?- G5 x2 a, ~3 p. c  e-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
7 x; ^. I# h6 O' S' V-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
- a, t# S# v( a8 N, b* D-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
; w5 V: h5 I% l& e2 L) |# \        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
/ w. S. S2 r  l! Z5 @-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
