- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the # k, w8 ?: V% @/ y6 e! j! f
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
7 _: R1 o2 a) T) W5 R- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program7 W# Z$ R: l" x9 w0 e( G
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
" D1 \4 p6 p5 a2 }9 Z- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
/ i9 }0 q* B. Z( Q- U/ U7 h Coordinator
& m- u, W& A- w( E- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager' l9 ]- h$ x; `1 n

: K+ w, c# s2 y- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood 6 @7 W1 k5 _( E1 {. V
Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education! v) _# r+ @0 e
- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
% Z: f% G. c; @6 C: h# F$ t" X- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills" l" Q1 V* E% }% ]# J5 B
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
* l4 \7 m2 ~/ p- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese, W- S' h' r- l E
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
6 h8 x7 \& e5 c6 c Y& b0 s- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Other Information:
5 `! P) R% U2 o2 s4 z3 o- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
6 d; d. ]! m& e7 e. M; d( T and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)5 g, ?! n6 i/ X L6 J' y9 B
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
