Responsibilities:
% G' w" y3 r! X9 B; S3 \6 z+ j- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
1 E/ R7 [. I% o( F( h# z preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps( Z& @ H1 ]0 l m& R2 @2 s" a& p
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program, T& O ]9 ]5 @$ z
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
& W4 O7 o, e$ g8 S- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program ) c; P$ @# v$ j% l3 ?

Qualifications:( u, k; J; f& Z
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
0 z# H: p8 p9 P+ W% f5 M Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education0 t. l- V* g, w/ y
- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
, c' T8 a: n5 U( f- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
$ ]# k; L/ c: r- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities: s! _1 P# j* N5 K; v4 \; u
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
6 s" w& Z% d0 c6 y% o: M. J6 L9 @- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
0 [8 r6 p- y% ]! K* d- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision: Z, z8 G j5 ?1 F5 ~1 \ C; D
- Returning student (should return to school after summer)+ E' @) y6 K6 O
- Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
& R' k- E4 G% d/ M3 g/ [* s- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
, t3 @. A3 d6 e) V2 T) r f/ @ and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
