Responsibilities:
-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
  F! S4 h9 k$ Q7 J2 ]% f-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
$ B5 i0 x+ w9 n& i* d. G-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

" c' L4 `5 K" V# Z( A; Z2 z-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
& ~& X. T3 {, a$ |. r) m# N        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
& B6 C( y# r: c-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
& H# D) d3 B5 z6 }% Z: G% T-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
7 L4 [  |( {1 s9 I-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
6 T5 f/ s2 S9 G-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ {; N3 z$ u( C+ I-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

3 Z& \7 B% }( U$ ]9 H. Z# b-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
$ b4 v. ^) m: U7 T) I+ c-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

-        $14.00 per hour
