Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

$ [2 @; I$ W( n0 Q1 R7 j$ n+ b( ]Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
1 l$ y" j( T, ^: `$ T! kPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
' P) k: P8 ~: \$ j. OFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
) D6 ~, I5 Q8 ]: ~# I$ ~       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
, B) b, k- j4 Y0 i( s2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
& Z4 E) W' G& r0 Y, N" @9 k1 F) @4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
& l1 M7 {$ \% F  o6 [5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

4 l! E( f* t* M7 fWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
