Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
. S2 L# n' Y! p, G3 J+ H% f( HDate        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
8 K" |7 N5 g: |& `% ^# jTime        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
9 e3 R! @2 v+ E: b4 ]Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
) x0 `! Z1 Z- E1 v0 c. a2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

Fee Reduction Pass Applications
) T" y: [2 Q, s& L9 o3 H8 _8 o
We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
