客气，客气。一般来讲省政府招人的话会考虑一些是不是公民的问题，市政府没有什么关系的

是政府工都大同小异，文字上他们不会名明文规定这些，但是实际操作中内部掌握，不是公民的当然可以申请，但是不要报大希望。
