7237 South Terwilliger Dr, 一个房地产商在卖房子，各种大小的condo，最便宜的新condo,2 bedrooms, 900 SF卖190K,GST included. 一个1352 sq feet的两房间，要价23万左右。带loft的，便宜的有24万5，个人认为价格相当不错，有兴趣的朋友可以去看看，总比花大把钱租房子好点。

因为住在附近，昨天跑过去看了看，买的人很多，很多19万的已经卖掉了，有兴趣的朋友可以快点去看看，到这个月25，26号结束。别错过了。

对于第一次买房的人，无疑是好消息，当前的经济情况下，太多的银行贷款无疑是不明智的。对于那些前几年已经投资买了周围地区房子的人，无疑是个坏消息。毕竟价格反映了市场的需求。

my co worker just bought a brand new 2 bedroom condo there ,around $230,000, but only 900 sq ft something ..

In fact, I checked those condos yesterday, for 1352 sq feet one, it is around 230,000$, the one ur co-worker bought is just 190,000$. If you don't believe it, just go there to take a look.

I have all list of prices at home. Hope I can provide u guys more information.

in fact, yesterday we checked a bigger condo (1352 sq f), which is loaced on the 2nd floor, face to south, they just asked for 234,800$, how come ur friend pay so much for a 900 sqf one...... can't understand..

the one he got was around 980 sq feet...he said different lay out has different pricing....anyway, sounds like a good deal with a good location

u r totally wrong, they have a couple of building there, most of buildings are quite far from the highway...
