The academic qualification for Professional Engineer is not only just one exam of law & ethics. First, you have to hold a BSc degree in "engineering" Second, you must have at least 4 years real engineering experience which includes at least one year experience in Canada. So you need to find a real engineering job before you can apply. ...

This seems to me conflicting because many engieer jobs ask for licence, while licence asks for Canadian experience (job). These two thing ask for each other, it is a cycle, wield, isn't it? Is it possible to find an engineer job without licence? If job is first, then I will try job first. Thanks for your very helpful answers.
