The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.- X A! m( s9 J; P6 A6 b$ O9 e }

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

0 @# _& M$ A, f$ w' a• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities 4 l4 N2 Y, H& O, y
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors " y! X: r; r! h. p
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities' g5 E' a- v- i* b! [
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
$ A. e" J c. M0 g• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
2 [4 N0 p" V" a! _• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes7 C; }- G& }: y, z5 s: _
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
2 P/ B6 I; i: j• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication% v4 N: U/ ^' N/ v6 w
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested, Y8 P% M2 F' o, X: a
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
" G [9 a/ u3 k& g• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program% }0 A ^3 f6 b; R# K- k
• Implement service modification, as required( d2 s' y% g7 O8 T1 P/ U

/ |" H( Y! l$ k( R2 y ~% g• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
) i8 S& o7 \8 M; I* z6 L# ^• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review- f; ]9 x0 K0 h; E& R
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required; U1 P6 f6 ? k }
. C! ~; }1 R) QQualifications:
+ f D4 _# J% E* w- Y/ ^7 I! e$ T# W7 D' z' U9 N, Q
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
* C, M4 l4 y. k' j* i• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
" v/ ~; m. c0 Q( w" e6 J- m• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
3 v1 Z+ H N& d. }* b4 o• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
+ J/ l" _' _" X/ v. {8 @# x• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population) R: s7 p2 W+ f& R6 h
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
