The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.0 x$ Q" o2 x3 P' ^/ \

• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities " A& O% l, E0 z4 z
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors , v' ]& Q3 O- [& m0 b
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
v& C% w4 B& @0 V8 |• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
0 N- L5 y( f2 v0 W# e, f• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

$ C/ W) H5 h5 V+ @, s; G• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 3 _4 G- X! @- j" T8 l3 ^
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes V( d1 O' _) ^* a& H% z
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
- }& w O$ G) @/ j c3 I• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
( O) h% {" k0 H! C. P• Review service action plans and support programs as requested
" [8 e+ t. W9 Y$ u3 r- e. Y• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department

• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
3 U! P6 R# K9 l/ b2 Q8 Z. ~4 S• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities. }. K) |6 l# }8 C: W0 P' c
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience+ d! j8 J) d/ H2 C
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
8 s9 P6 k8 r# G- G• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population9 f/ f) D0 _- t
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
