The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

! ~! g y# z' R* [+ T5 Y! oThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management6 j$ o; C& I/ z0 {
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
/ [, f( G2 a) d( U. j- J* [• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors # V$ X* Z) e2 a* w! R% ^
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
3 b, h3 T" W# A• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
$ G! a: M: q: J4 H8 j• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery
( G4 U+ j M' I" @• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
- U( ~9 ], d$ @$ g; j, a/ o' B6 P• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
' S u' e ?7 r g! ?' l1 j• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required" ~5 v4 e) ^5 o' q$ Y5 B8 I
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication1 Y9 b6 u3 m) L8 w5 c
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested- W$ A- e9 G9 A; f8 r; m
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
9 z4 b1 Z, M& [4 W• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program4 y+ ]. L% S5 c n. L! {
• Implement service modification, as required

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
% ?3 P7 R, f. e• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review0 I$ f% O* c- w
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

& E0 a. ?1 F5 u
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field: r: c- x2 _, X
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
, S O0 T5 I/ ^& X6 n, {• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
5 m& H# Q. M7 Y: b9 Q• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
