The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.! ?/ s+ M [+ J. Z' o

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.1 n# j, f' ]5 _

+ F- w( \- S$ c& z• Human Resources Management
3 Z) d) I& S% {% C• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
+ H/ m/ Q# A$ ?7 w% |7 A6 x$ l• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
+ I7 d* f: _1 k% B7 f7 { X! ]• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
5 ~, T/ h/ X2 i r4 c- P• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services3 m; F8 j5 ~8 Z' P+ M, X6 L
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities& @0 ^' t3 F8 l

Program Delivery1 ~, H& R- [9 O7 x
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
) Y5 O2 J% U& x p4 S" ^• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
8 ?) \! \ [" a4 z& ?• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required5 [" t" A0 H: R6 Y/ |: u* f
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication" D2 n2 }0 X: {8 V) @
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested3 b* E( u# U) q1 J6 v2 J
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department2 J& \( u, r' L3 b. {$ d/ Y8 R
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program# \9 L; {5 K: u+ U8 N" O3 G
• Implement service modification, as required

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director& ]" s% h6 [, @+ n8 R
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review. L2 N- g3 h. [1 t: [) K9 D
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required) D7 D, j3 ?: F

Qualifications:. ?# g6 t" \* C' [! a- {
' m8 r* l( T6 y3 u* m9 Z# G* S
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field. k3 T' Y- z) a
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
( S/ }8 o+ P" S; O# c• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience0 A: A2 K6 `) b
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
: R& I. i! O$ c4 ^4 G+ }; u• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population: d/ h+ @; V: e/ P% _ C" E4 _
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
