The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.# ?, Z& g* }7 X% z

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
7 F" U. ^, B$ H1 Z0 v•        Human Resources Management
$ Q% f  A& Y! p& X0 N( k4 X6 B0 D•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
' U1 a* Q! j# C•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
6 m9 z$ x1 Q" U9 _5 F- O•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities8 ]+ {* c$ V$ V! P+ |8 _
•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services
! C( ?7 q8 h3 c  `: q4 g•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities( |! K: X+ Y! B; Q* \" W

5 L- E( _, c1 @4 rProgram Delivery5 Y1 M* W0 s# ]& K0 ]
•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program   B3 l7 A) \) j' h4 s) _
•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes2 ?% ?, M1 ^' D0 U
•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required2 y4 P1 U3 N5 C2 O  O6 ~  `( i; E
•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
, V. v* V: ]! o; o; a# i  L5 y•        Review service action plans and support programs as requested
! c  g2 j0 ]( `•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
! K. ~0 x# D% }$ ^•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program) k$ o( M2 M! L7 r' ~- b0 S
•        Implement service modification, as required1 j! _$ L) b+ Q/ y- o- N+ s8 ]

•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director& k$ M) \& _: Q  D: f8 k! e% a. W
•        Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review; k. K4 G2 v7 J) N
•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required
% }% Z+ R% p, _6 W) {9 }, s* A" h; P& E! R0 v3 K( y+ v
Qualifications:
. K- c" Y0 n' ~3 W9 b" Z$ Q% z; r; g2 D+ W8 u% I( q
•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field% Z  i+ L# M. r  E7 y
•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities6 ], M. V/ W$ j/ U2 C) i2 J  h
•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
- G# k. ~% o! Y  Q, e•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
/ {" X/ j1 P( o7 ^  V5 O•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population! a1 A- B+ N+ Y# Z% G9 o6 o
•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office+ N5 Y4 w$ w  }/ X- S% w  [
