. h* J% l4 W4 r0 sKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
/ e* q5 C8 [. K2 b To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
3 l4 r8 ?; _: @# a6 O, S To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

, A* Q' b! C% S; p! `* Y% RQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
. H/ c0 O( [6 [ Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
