. {- K" M: i$ b) ]& G" OKey Responsibilities:
% D) h, `6 u- U To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
$ g: d  A, A+ q To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
7 Q* \0 Q! _+ C To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
1 W/ ?7 X4 J- i) n To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
( T- J! b8 G/ x# H To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

+ M. c, p% Q3 f$ J1 J# h6 SQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
2 S$ ^# c- p% L# ~* q# M 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
: \" m  V9 Y4 ^) n Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
