Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
/ x1 u# c* Q/ b+ D To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
: L& `3 Q$ C& @ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
" {# m  e, p  d) p4 G8 z1 B4 Q2 [5 D To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
6 r$ u& r* A9 O To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

6 C& N" K, {4 r9 Q# lQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
3 |' Y2 S( K5 j+ b. A$ { 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
, \: m' r8 r  o, p" x/ b Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
) |' |$ a/ `( L+ T2 b& ~' Q Current CPR and First Aid certifications
( f' X  G9 ~2 M$ Z Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
