$ R8 u. Q' N( O( M8 k" Z* \% }Key Responsibilities:
& ~, g; f; p6 {: s* A To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
- k) X, H# ~3 W% R0 Z4 y To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
. R5 v6 B8 g- D3 q- q3 R. T To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
2 Z6 v9 i7 h3 i, N To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
) A9 y) ?6 W- M! O; B6 C 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
) J& @: N9 d# L1 Q9 Q9 s& d, H; V Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
' T: V4 F/ W9 W6 U# O" K Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
$ i- X+ x1 B7 {& Q: M* }1 ` Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
