Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
( z+ h8 r' V6 @, t7 R4 t' J, z5 W. \% X  G
: m# i" ?1 S( s  w4 U* b! k% U3 }Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
7 L* ^0 [7 F6 D# }) M* D# [' i% h
A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

I am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

" J6 A7 D8 B' H' T. I6 EI think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
