BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

( |9 d% h* ^- r' F- GThis is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
! v- I; T# [) K% _$ e/ }% `! k
, u; o0 g$ t% o1 w% Z% O- qThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
0 e, f  h8 O3 v   Barrier Methods
   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
