有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 1 J8 W/ |+ O, h; {6 { $ R0 O: f7 I" C4 q做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
