有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 * ?- W0 M8 `5 \. @ 7 C- o& N o d: J5 s做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
