Position Title: Junior Programmer ( h; U6 { `/ @5 r; V) n
Job Description/Duties: Under supervision of Lead Programmer: complete development and monitoring tasks as assigned; work independently and collaboratively as member of team; develop understanding of Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT); create programs to support product development phase of CAT; serve as liaison to outsource partner in India; test programs and software applications; create customized sales reports to meet business needs; maintain office productivity applications; provide support to Print Production Branch as required. + G! T3 V4 k- [8 ^, m; _& }$ w
Qualifications: Speak both English and Hindi; demonstrate programming skills in .NET; identify, communicate and debug web and desktop applications; prioritize tasks; meet team and individual deadlines; demonstrate felexibility to meet needs of changing environment n9 t, w; n* @1 ~3 V) n( V6 ~! T
