Even this may not slide into the river like the others did few years ago, soil settlement/shifting  will make a problem. That is why the price is so appealing.

% C3 h. V2 X& z) P! H) K7 w也不是预谋买家抢房的。这房本来要70多万，一路慢慢降下来的。最大缺点是外表一般，厨房特小，对面是差房子。

当然降到目前价位也差不多了。

刚刚又降了2万，624900 啦！
对面是幢apartment,里面更糟----极小的厨房，结构布局不是家庭用，总之所有东西都要重做，Agent 说改造还要20万以上。
