• Arrange courier services for all departments

Administration
5 q' D& ]; R7 |' _' x• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail0 G. q8 e% M) d
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries# C6 e/ C% R2 F0 Y' J7 f- V+ e" J
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
4 r% S) _9 `- K; n) O- ^• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration2 K( p" l7 l: b# M% h9 h
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers ! J( i5 L! I1 n) r O" T E
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution$ W) I, K7 Y; a) S- G# I
• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training( @# y7 e; d3 e
• Process payments for ticket orders and registrations

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures9 \9 q& E" Y4 T6 Y" e4 C
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.) N9 e/ c: B# d9 O' i$ {
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
