The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work. 8 T% j; R+ }& b' d) h' `
1 p' g) }+ n/ Z" }* wThe ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.6 f- X5 D- G0 B0 {.
