请教, 图中标出的 lot 2 和 lot 6, 哪个好?  (其它 lot  不是朝向不喜欢  
, 就是不 available了, 只能从这两个中选)

If I were you, I would select 6 as there are less traffic.
I will also check if transformer/cable box is in front of lot or not.

Usually the site plan will show the locations of the cable/transformer box and trees, bus stops etc. I wouldn't want a transformer box on my property as they are large and green and I would not want to be close to a bus stop either.

Lot 6 will have less traffic but since back alley is narrower than a regular road, you will have more frequency to yield the on- coming traffic either on your way out or coming back.
