是不是没有不允许 U-turn 标志 的地方都可以 U-turn？

U-turns

Do not make a U-turn unless you can do it safely and without interfering with other traffic.
& ]  ~- O: }* _# [) n# Q: KOutside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

0 d/ ~4 s/ B3 i) ZU-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
8 i8 a0 ]+ F5 _7 e! X& ZOn a roadway between intersections.
Where a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
7 \+ p' h& h7 ]( ?At an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
At an alley intersection.
