$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
South side of Edmonton
  b+ U' b! F2 h$ @: T: c- m' c1 B( j
As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
8 o7 G" U$ K4 [! [3 P*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
- r& o% u- }0 ^; E$ S  K*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
% v" o4 D  ]9 l; G/ O! j$ u*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:

*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
*Proven team player with a positive attitude
*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
2 S+ ~' z5 i$ w- U% v8 i# W*Machining and welding experience an asset
*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
$ h; o" A0 b( t5 k3 L, L, u4 f( p& L*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
