• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

$ x4 h3 E b! _) B$ I• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. f C! y% t+ j4 d
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
) T6 n8 n2 @7 G, t4 T& I- R• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
! o; h! ~! w/ \ }+ o• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. : B% ?+ E# c3 Z. r2 @ i/ g
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.+ Q2 @. G1 S w1 N
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 5 J7 B7 B# u/ v
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. . d4 L* b. x1 v+ @$ T" O. X% H/ T; |! ]
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
. \& [# M2 W/ D4 X ?- b• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.* T- A+ X; D* r7 S8 u# C
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.' n7 e( `. q( O# m, K* N
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

/ g$ |) T6 q# j7 N• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.: m5 k% ^) k: A; k
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
$ T5 G5 l& T1 J• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.; J% h# z* O C# N% S. F
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.2 [9 h3 P2 j. [" j5 z+ O
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
4 I) f/ z g/ f3 B6 U4 o• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

" `$ \( F: W' }2 \. V• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.; C# t' k6 S; J* }# |6 O. q* X
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

# e* D9 S! `* k ^! m. UEducation / Experience$ Y7 N) W- O# |1 s0 M8 R
• Grade 12 / GED.
# z" \( s/ e6 [• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
. z% i# s* S7 y• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. b( g6 {+ B$ Z; U" }
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. % m1 @9 v7 q9 D' ^5 J' M. u
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
: _" U, B# \# b# y. [$ O• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.& }& j8 L* Y5 H. ]
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
