Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
+ ^* e! s- O6 {/ @• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

0 v/ z8 C  ], m- d6 d: b1 [1 H• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
) I' c3 Z+ H8 G* o2 ^• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
" q! h* a- }3 Q8 _• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
0 e8 _7 ~8 d6 A• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
; W3 t( S% @% {: O0 n) B" O• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
' \7 s. A- }1 J( a) E8 e5 k" l• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
$ n5 A. x# v7 ?" V$ b4 g• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
7 p9 j; e; j. s0 C$ B* |" A• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
6 B: l9 [; E! O( H  c( D" l• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
5 D2 G  e6 f6 m/ |• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
+ m! P9 R8 P. U; S  `. d• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
/ d' N4 V: y* y" m) X3 |6 ?• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
) ]+ k+ V) k2 v; F8 |9 \• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
; }5 E4 c3 C$ g• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

& D9 ]% V# F3 M1 t• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
* L  U/ t* A/ W6 O8 J• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

• Grade 12 / GED.
1 S; x  m% G1 p5 r• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
5 @; B' q( t* ], F• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
9 L. S2 A& ~' Q5 \• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
+ {/ L! y' L* @4 e7 C• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
$ y5 w' G. K: r) F7 t$ E• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
