请问申请PNP，Pre-assessment是已经开始审核了么？

我有了PN File Number，是不是就是所谓的File No呢？

PN File Number is the file number that used in Alberta PNP office

2 ~2 n* e" [4 i/ y- P/ S6 U7 M8 VWhen you submit your application to CIC, you will get another file number which should begin with "B"
