-Familiarize with the assigned process units
9 h$ q# r% a7 @# ~7 Y; F9 k* l" m/ B0 f-Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. 3 |- ^& m3 k4 y3 B# p
-Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.# I3 ], w& Z) R& G
-Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
' u' ~/ Q8 ]3 j! `1 z-Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation* K0 W K, }( P% w/ Z
-Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations." V7 z- R" ]% C8 z) j% }! I, E2 @
-Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
