Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
0 C$ z& O& L; [# _+ [        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
+ d/ r4 ^9 H, t0 R7 n% e; b) @        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

2 A0 a7 }4 O* P) D+ U- BOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
: G6 Y& |4 n5 d        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
; D* k9 ~( \+ W! i: U" ?: E        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
! W" C% ^0 {+ ^# X6 _        Procurement and service contract management;
, C0 j( ^( H; @; k5 T, u3 Q3 I1 ?, s        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
