  x- L; g0 T8 k) L2 yWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
( b* f& X  C4 u        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
; H: u( Q. T4 `$ X, ~/ Y  ~: q" X% K        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
/ f1 k* L, Z$ j/ n! I6 B2 d* E        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
