We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
; u* x3 h$ ~8 }+ [) H5 o4 V/ O# M
; B# h6 i6 E6 d0 NEducational requirement:  
: J* }1 J3 X* `8 @- N        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
: S6 z$ B, z) C+ N1 u        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
0 s  i% M2 g; B        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
: O( L: j. {% ?4 D8 D! F. B) j        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
$ S0 {& d/ H& `* T) M% U- i        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
