) d# a/ x; i8 G+ A Pat least, you have only one neighbor, more natural light, better air circulation. There are some worse than a corner lot; those back on a major artery road- more noise, more dust and more chance of conflict with two neighbors on both sides.
Look like garage and main entry are on different side of the house, I would say this is a quite smart design for a corner lot since the garage won't stand out when the house is viewed from the front entry side.
