Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
  M$ v0 A. }. x' U7 X1 V! XAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
' H* ^  X( }: M/ x9 _/ KAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
8 R% y8 D% L  s) J1 _2 e: Q" h: HSell merchandise to customers
1 b( @0 V/ z* v8 H. C8 d' MResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
: ^: t/ G/ x& {* X! _Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
