Our mandate is to provide access to information and resources that will assist entrepreneurs and the small business community to start and grow their business. The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources., k4 v- _* a+ z0 w8 [# U7 b

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

+ r! Y# \( n1 x3 v% d•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
( `% J  C% t& W- E& D+ Q: m0 e•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 0 L4 c* M1 ^' I3 a' \
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
: ]/ Z( w% p9 ?" k7 H9 F8 s•        Promoting TBL products and services 8 h6 {+ z5 Z2 ^3 |
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 3 s& ^/ k/ b# l- `4 t5 l3 Y# }
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
- z) @3 a  l" B•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
8 k/ l9 ?, J; y. L6 F•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
$ F8 c# X* N9 d( v  Z+ r& e•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 2 [  C' }6 f8 [% b' L& r( s* f
•        Arranging catering for various meetings
' z" \) Q" O3 e$ ~# w# i•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
( r6 K9 c  n& q" I7 }•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
