The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.8 `3 ^8 h4 u) t3 n: z. We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.6 v1 s$ f3 e6 L9 o% b

Position Summary

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
9 y8 b# D/ z1 j9 ^3 a5 S l• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
8 G; r) R% ?& L• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 6 ?$ B7 Y. W- x
• Promoting TBL products and services
: q+ z J* k: C! f4 d) T$ a• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
7 R6 {) i+ w+ ]! t: ]6 X" j• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables : v* X) i! U0 q ~4 M, l
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 1 v1 D* D1 B; R7 D: |% \+ g/ C
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry0 m7 q" l0 S8 w' @# O5 \) ]
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
