We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.6 ?- `7 l1 o; K5 r* L7 w1 ]

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations ! {- j4 \; J. v- V3 r. K
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
, F7 U9 e, O* R+ X/ q• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 0 m. b2 }# A: M5 z C+ P% t
• Promoting TBL products and services 9 {5 F. q4 k [( o
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance ' b# Z4 r. k6 k1 E, _4 Y- q& S
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
% j; W2 ~# R* b4 k5 s, Q• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
