This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

( b3 `* {. \. cStart date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
4 b) @! G" d( b8 l0 s7 qPrograms run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria
You must be/have:
7 Y3 s$ G3 o9 y6 x• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Unemployed or underemployed
2 {& l( \) B7 T% g1 m1 H2 h• Minimum 18 years of age
• Good moral character
4 V0 c$ Q2 @; g/ E7 b• Good health and physical condition
5 f2 M. ~8 g4 t/ t& _1 x• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license

• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
• Citizenship documents: Permanent Resident Card or recent Canadian
