Job Duties / Responsibilities: T+ m9 `$ ~7 b) K% [& v
This role is responsible for the following activities representing site:
! `1 U/ j2 g# v1 H0 S• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support- k5 B' o2 x* L) o' `+ a
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel! r0 s E* a; S: L2 c
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts3 d0 M- b, t5 g3 b! f
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments. w2 d$ X/ X% d' r4 N+ [; f
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator# V. j* N0 B) S# M$ M* D" b
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
: Y: r; y. q8 Y" K6 y• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI5 j# v2 F. P. o0 M) q
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator) i0 S" J) Y7 T1 {5 D. S
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered, z% g2 A' U9 J5 v m. Z
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
O# [# h7 ^2 M# ~# Z3 W• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset: Z( K. i `" s$ g( z4 V) h
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset. |
