. ?$ R' ]4 ~. HIs looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

9 d7 x; T6 Q3 n0 jWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
/ z9 y9 q) |5 F/ V$ z8 K: hSchedule: Flexible 2-3 days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

Skill/Education/Experience required:
' f- N; W" E) _- p/ V! a0 C; S- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
7 O4 B! P0 t" V- ?0 D- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
5 f4 |, G+ Y* i6 t- previously related office experience preferred;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
