我们公司（CENTURY 21 PLATINUM REALTY）在151 Ave & 33 Street 昨天上市了11套Half Duplex。

I went to see one and there was 90/mo for a fee including home insurance....... same one or different?

目前我得到的信息是没有康兜费，下周我再确认一下。

除了这些Duplex，附近还有一些新的single house。
没有Condo fee。因为没有小区管理。
