C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
( p/ p. l! ]- w$ @# t6 [  g5 h•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
5 G1 P# G/ t4 C8 e( w  q5 L•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
8 N& s2 H+ j3 P$ ?! m•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
8 T0 {( o0 J$ \4 l! w•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
2 `6 Y: ?  E8 x+ b2 h•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;

•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
; l3 R1 `; [% {•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
4 o( t5 u; P# ?2 ~•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
2 I5 i0 [& {4 d  {•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
7 x5 Y$ M4 a. }5 ~% j4 o•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
