C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
$ e7 B' K# @) u•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
7 _6 c" c9 l: Z9 t" w•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
: R6 e. ]" G7 e9 {, l) V•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
9 }/ n- W# N1 I9 `9 a* L! E7 B2 j•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
2 F* U' e2 G- G" x' i•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
& h; l+ f3 p5 h4 r5 j•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
; ^8 ]! {5 N+ k5 W2 ]6 D2 X•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
" |0 @' I0 N% _•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
7 V. v0 [( W0 F7 e. K, s7 c3 A6 Y•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
3 T$ v6 Z# s2 I3 ^8 ^•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
