C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
% x( y- C4 f4 {- fDuties:
8 ` T4 l" M) E& a0 z• Gathering and documenting requirements;
, V2 X4 Q; I ?• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
: w! s) S( R* Z* d& J* s9 l• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
: Z4 M& x6 J! A9 [; v5 e• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction; ) j6 l) {7 h; g' J: q8 N
• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
2 E/ x5 u+ o+ b$ t% R( B( I, X$ c• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
: c( [: I2 {( s• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; ; B/ R2 t2 i J5 I% t
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; 7 P/ g3 H V4 k$ f1 A
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; ! F( |5 ]3 [6 c% j- z+ _! g
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and 6 ?" ]/ y/ [: U7 \" S
• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
" U; N9 b; Z4 |2 S' M3 a4 ~Mandatory Requirements:
5 H! I% b% y4 x$ U4 L V, C& l• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
# x6 x1 P3 m# Z& p/ R7 T• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.6 r- ~* o. z1 Q- F
• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.8 d: i! u r/ A3 C8 S3 ?! A! N
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.) o: }: J0 n5 I- E' ?* W
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
/ r, N" V! C8 u( B5 [; J+ n" Z! ~• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
3 k6 b. `4 r) d: c7 X3 O' g• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

0 k. [0 `7 F; N$ @' d• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
