C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
, B9 F% J8 Z# J. r$ _+ eDuties:
0 A7 k8 F- b# z7 s( i: Y•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
0 M( h7 F4 y; |/ R! X: F•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
. ]% J) @& K* `# G, N/ \•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
" C( k7 M: X* J( {3 ]% U( \•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
& `7 o* Y$ g5 I* q•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
/ i9 ~! @4 z- e3 y8 C•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
. p! ~7 x8 P" s$ D6 z( F9 n•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
0 `5 R! q) f5 D& |Mandatory Requirements:
- E9 V1 v) s, Z) [( R$ G! M( |•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
; \2 E/ v: \/ H% I/ U•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
# l2 j8 K/ G, s/ D7 \& u" ?) h$ h•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
  f/ [5 s, h, F) {% w( E2 W•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
) C: g  N. O) Y  p. D  C( v•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
* h7 B! e0 Z& h) ~•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
" G8 u. @+ z' h; e7 PDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
