C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
" A6 @* ?  ]1 |" L  Y! a" U4 F# fDuties:
$ @+ S' }% T6 E7 f•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 x. L& R  A6 @/ e  o/ x' \- t0 i2 z•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
- ^% i. t% D$ }) E•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
1 j1 F8 w0 u" G4 Q0 i•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
1 r& {5 r2 P, f•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
( I/ U+ P* h! o# A3 m2 I4 a% B- B•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
1 p& E4 o: U, i: z9 EMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
& f. Q* q1 A9 {4 S4 b; m# C9 q* G•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
9 f3 g9 `. v1 C& N- K) X. ?# f•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
* z4 j. {5 H$ m2 F$ z! x$ jDesirable Requirements:
. j; y0 G0 Y- i& H•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
