0 `* V' {7 Z$ H: W( b  V1 \C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
& b7 y3 \$ r) \* [8 [" Z% ~Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
8 Q: e( y: q0 T+ N& h5 o•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
& K/ u5 I, W, h' W0 g9 j9 I•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
) W: o* s4 u: Z7 Z•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 e) T2 v) W: Y% Q7 m% b3 I•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
0 o5 ~. S. V. H" h+ R! O/ `•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
+ t/ v4 Z1 ~6 Q6 |, bMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
/ M' f. G: Y7 s2 f•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
9 t# G8 P1 a# ^$ l4 W5 ]•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
' s- ~& r' `( W# K" o# O2 T•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
