! p0 m8 {4 n6 d2 Q, Q8 \* uC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
. y6 N$ L3 s% z% H$ j! F! IDuties:
: f  t# Y7 A: e' a3 L4 R•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
* v4 z% i! ], {# `% ~3 z' t$ o8 b" B+ Q•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
8 S* b# X9 ?2 L" Y- ~•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
& Y& y9 o) P9 x( A4 P! q•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
$ Q. H0 g  r$ R: M0 A- G•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
# B% t( \' p; U' z& f4 F+ [•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
2 L' h4 G$ @8 d% x6 ]( ^4 c  OMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
4 V3 {  V+ i2 |( J" D•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
( P; H1 g) E+ l1 @/ [  f•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
7 K6 F; H7 @9 j- s•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
, _, q2 R5 Z, r! P3 O9 LDesirable Requirements:
/ t) T. G& j3 F5 ~•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
