C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
* H* `1 S: [6 k+ w) A9 M( a+ EDuties:
; N$ n2 k: q2 P. n) a•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
5 G% S! `  }! j) L% A' D1 q•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
$ Y/ I, g% j$ t1 f# d# u" x•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
" B3 z3 j4 F& p2 }4 J2 w) v: I- r•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;

5 Z9 Q* `$ r' g1 C+ S•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
% A/ Q+ |5 J5 s) w' ^Mandatory Requirements:
9 E. m; C7 w4 v" v•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
6 D$ ~+ {7 I: E. x•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
5 h% n/ t. V+ l! k1 e•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
2 I# [, V6 W4 r& a, Q. @•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
5 E; y% [8 m- d+ e) b- A9 v•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
