• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
8 G: z5 r* p E$ q; |2 k' a• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.2 \5 [1 @+ I6 \" R3 Q* r7 V5 x% \
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. ) ^; Y; f; ^; B8 u% i6 [
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
# r3 d$ L. d" |+ w• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
/ M L( X8 [% l: ~. G U4 f& z* f4 h• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; % E3 C6 {+ K9 B. v2 }& U
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;

• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 9 }% _* b. V" ^6 r: W, |9 G
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
