Job Duties / Responsibilities. a+ y& w% u: c% l' g. ~
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
* U7 ?8 e( r3 F; ^! b; I, P3 u• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
$ z5 ^- z0 {/ E& k$ h• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
& [- Y$ A* R8 w4 e• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
T7 C6 ^' f i) x* q0 J* W• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; + ~. d; H- w/ F+ ]0 Z5 w ~) \1 `
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; ' o& P9 Y5 [3 a( p! P) H0 Z( [
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience x/ d) f9 a$ H
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 9 I* g h. r- ]! Y @( m
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
$ Y# D9 q1 s+ G8 p7 }) C• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
