Job Duties / Responsibilities
6 \8 ` e4 J0 x" l5 I% C• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) # t6 d" g* K" D) F# |" T
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
' t+ o! c7 x* O5 H$ G! D T; H c• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. & [# v& z1 n' t
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
2 l5 \7 z& M: a• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).& Y; f# h( _' ] Q& R3 C1 B. ^

1 R9 J2 U q( S( B5 l2 W• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; ; h: q; J; W) k$ f0 ~
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; . I2 V. O [* p! C s/ C- E. e
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; + k* L: I ^6 ?- ]9 @ b# J7 p' l
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
