院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享8 j1 ^- z5 T) m' H

& q, S i6 z: z1 W/ d! ]; D3 cups saskatoons 750 ml $ E; k+ u- E7 S! Q8 g4 N
1 cup water 250 ml
9 L6 ?4 `" b% j X7 j. J6 I+ w1 H* g2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
( D7 k# Z1 I2 W! v5 o1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
- Q" ?1 X- e+ ]6 vjuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
