院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE ; H0 S$ Q4 z, Y0 g' h" M6 N! Z0 j

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ; N/ Q* l* E# _3 q# H, k% [
1 cup water 250 ml 4 s$ B( g; g$ ^7 s, h, N* g
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 9 w$ `& V+ F- V, } {) M
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ; C o4 E& A t% E! M O- H: N
juice of 1 lemon* 1 , W" U, K" x A& O8 f# c
) `+ G. j$ B3 p" i' j8 c3 KPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.3 w. ~9 y, O& f: B
