院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享2 T' x7 \; {, ^' W$ ]! q8 F

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml * J g# b8 d" s3 n
1 cup water 250 ml
7 Q. o5 n7 _; b2 z* g4 |* F- G2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 8 T% c: Q6 P- K3 w+ e" q
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 2 L ]+ L8 j$ e- t
juice of 1 lemon* 1

1 Z+ W3 v' ^8 P# A- N7 APlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
