最近下了个offer买一个condo,是remove所有condition后close the deal,but 昨天遇到个住在我买的那个building里的邻居,告诉我前一个owner曾经故意地把整个房间用水淹了,我那个unit下面一层的天花板都影响了, - |2 [& P. g: k7 M& n不晓的这种情况下我该怎么办? " h+ w1 `, w; l; k. L: c1 V1.如果我不想要这个房子了,可不可以因为对方刻意隐瞒了这个事实而拿回我的押金。5 A+ K# ^' K! z& Y
2.如果我还是要这个房子,以后所有的整修的费用,包括楼下那家住户的整修费用该谁出呢?而且问题是,前个owner已经破产了,这房子是银行收回来的。3 |: F' ~- A. A2 i; z

哭死了,第一次买房子,太着急了,都没看清楚就决定了。大家有遇到过这样的情况么,能给我点啥建议么?跪谢拉!

like i said, this is a foreclosure property. AS IS. The bank doesn't have to disclose the fact to you even they don't know that.

yes, we did not do " 房检", when we negociated the price, we removed the condition to get our price, since the condo looks good
