let me try $ {! g, S" G" g+ h& }transfer 上的名字要和贷款文件上的一致,可以和银行联系说你要再添加一个贷款人的名字,他们如果不介意就行,银行是number 1, 律师也要先满足它。购房合同可以请REALTOR帮忙加一个名。如果transfer 已经在land title office 注册登记了,改名的话等于重新登记,问你的律师收费问题。税的问题就是新建房屋有gst new housing rebate,退一部分税。
