Yes. The ABS on my car triggered a couple times before I got snow tires, even before the most recent snow storm. After I got snow tires, it didn't happen again. No side way drifts either. + H; c2 X0 b5 S; E) r! R5 y8 z

Although you can surely drive above that limit but 70km/h is beyond me.
