If you are flying with a Canadian carrier, your Cuban Tourist Card is included in the cost of your air ticket ($20 for 90days otherwise). Your air steward will give you your Cuban Tourist Card on flight. It is not distributed prior.: E3 i, F: [! d( ~- j! H7 c
But you need a valid passport as well.
